Entry Description

Dyson's flagship store and offices at Dyson Store SoHo presented an opportunity to boldly reimagine an iconic brand’s connection to its environment. Situated in Manhattan's SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District, the evocative building was originally a fireman's hall. The preservation of the historic façade brings together the neighborhood’s narrative with an entrance to an innovative shopping experience and workplace. Exposed brick walls and cast-iron columns across the four-floor renovation successfully blend Dyson’s tech-forward identity with Soho’s material and cultural legacy.
