Cravotta Interiors transformed an abandoned bottling warehouse to deliver a layered exploration of space and materiality with Juniper. Located in Austin’s burgeoning East Side, the restaurant showcases lush velvets, concrete, plaster, wire-brushed Belgian oak, walnut paneling, and hand-crafted fixtures. Plush seating and comfort were paramount to the chef who wanted to expose Texans to a more European way of dining. An open kitchen design places the chef and food center stage. The space is at once sexy, warm and industrial; a beautiful back drop to the meticulous menu and concierge service.
