Traverse in Within

'Traverse in Within' is a collection inspired by the past, present and future. It is a combination of culture and technology using crafts and fabric manipulation. To achieve that, Olivia experimented with reusable materials such as cables, plastic hoses that symbolize technology and merged them with yarns. Using techniques such as weaving and fringe, it turned out to be unique fabric manipulations that placed with different versatile pieces. Each garment is designed with contrasting color and silhouette reflected festive vibe, also combining feminity and masculinity in a look.

Olivia Natasha was born and grew up in Balikpapan, Indonesia. She later studied at Raffles Design Institute, Singapore to earned her Advanced Diploma. A year later, she studied Fashion Design in IFA Paris, Shanghai Campus to earn her Bachelor Degree. During her journey living in different countries, Olivia's experiences enriched that it also influence her artistic inspiration, which mostly comes from people, culture, and society.
