Prize(s)Silver in Architecture Project Development / Mixed Use
Entry Description

The Project is located in the core of Wuhan with complete supporting facilities around. Taking advantage of the greening of Zhongshan Park on its east, the project impresses people with its iconic appearance and abundant mixed-use programs: a 250m super high-rise tower contains a luxury five-star hotel, headquarters, rental office, roof garden and sky viewing platform.
The tower drew inspiration from the cultural symbol-Spread Wings to Soar. The design aims to break the conventional layout of tower and podium, creating a porous and interconnected development which merges with locality.
