Entry Description

City Point, a 1.6 million sf complex of retail, office and residential buildings in Downtown Brooklyn has become a catalyst for a more vibrant, diverse urban community. At the center of a varied collection of neighborhoods and urban uses, it creates new pedestrian infrastructure and a hub of services to connect the full diversity of the area. The carefully detailed façade reinterprets the scale and proportion of surrounding historical terracotta architecture into a modern expression. A rich system of green roofs helps to create a socially and ecologically connected residential community.
