Shanghai Xijiao Hotel is China's first boutique neighborhood hotel with social and community integration, located in the villa area. It focuses on the social space attributes and uses the hotel’s openness and connectivity to strengthen its social functions. Adhering to the principle of "small rooms, large public areas", guest rooms are basically controlled at about 18-27㎡, and the public space is about 300 square meters on average. It can provide music, parties, reading and other functions,serving as a social place for local community residents to promote community interaction and vitality.
