OWR is an offshore oil well reconstruction project. Through the dismantling of offshore oil drilling platforms facing decommissioning, the remaining support structures under the sea are used to install modules that are beneficial to coral restoration and ecological conservation, so that the existing ecology under the sea will not be demolished due to oil wells. The destruction also allows the ecology to achieve effective recovery, including purifying water quality and attracting species to gather, and transporting the restored modules to another place for reproduction, forming a new coral sea.
