DIVO is a 6-piece cutlery finished in early 2022 as a result of the final project for the degree in Product Design at the Mestre Mateo School in Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
By applying the system design methodology, the creation of new cutlery is facilitated, guaranteeing a formal link.
The long Galician tradition in the elaboration of artisanal knives and folding knives has had a certain degree of influence in the design of DIVO, trying to be a review of more classic designs and respecting the use of wood in craftsmanship to obtain a design with minimalist and contemporary lines.
