Entry Description

The Naumburg Center explores the transformative potential of the ever-changing marsh ecosystem to enhance the effects of art therapy while simultaneously addressing the multifaceted concerns of architectural resilience, the bolstering of communal assets and engagement opportunities, and environmentally conscious design strategies.

The center investigates the convergence of ecology and artistic expression to bolster the effects of therapeutic art programs by generating introverted and extroverted therapeutic spaces aimed at providing physical and mental respite and cognitive stimulation.
