The designer has expressed the Japanese sense of beauty with this project. It is a coffee stand located at Ginza, Tokyo. We have created the Japanese style coffee stand by serving rice balls or Mitarashi-dango instead of sandwiches or muffins in addition to high quality cups of coffee.The interior is also designed in a Japanese style such as a symbolic "bonsai" or Japanese mud-plastered walls. We have also expressed the beauty of simplicity by designing the counter to hide all the equipments including a coffee machine, and this design also allows the "bonsai" to attract all the attentions.
