Entry Description

Living The Gardens development is a complex of nine villas located in Cancun, Mexico on a land of 2,373 m2. The villas are 3-level buildings with a total of 216 to 275 m2. The main objective was to create dwellings with an innovative design but with a local architectural sensation where families can create a solid social fabric integrated into a natural environment.

The project promotes a healthier lifestyle by offering Wellness amenities and encourages the reduction of the use of resources, economic savings and a more sustainable housing product through passive and bioclimatic design.
