To achieve the desired industrial-style residence, the designer used iron, track lighting, and cultural stone tiles, among other materials, to create a natural, rough industrial texture. The space is made brighter and more relaxing by incorporating clean glass and stone and warm wood elements to add warmth to the modern industrial housing style. The designer also maximized the effectiveness of the high-ceilinged house by using various mobile objects and mezzanine designs to provide flexibility and changeability to the spatial functions, while also preventing the space from being stuffy.
