In designing a 2756sqft second home for entertaining and hosting guests, emphasis is placed on maximizing stunning views from the 24th-floor balcony. Framing these views seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. The layout was modified for flexibility, allowing easy conversion for a couple's living space. The two-bedroom design features larger bedrooms and baths. One bedroom serves as an entertainment area with a hidden Murphy Bed, transforming into a bedroom. The Ensuite Bathroom doubles as a Powder Room, offering adaptability and functionality, ensuring long-lasting appeal.
