Nowadays, many young singles live a small space. If we hope get a high living standard ,so we should make the workplace are multifunction and personal amusement, the space are modern facilities and illumination, a tidy and beautiful environment., young people can then enjoy the space for work as office, and cooking, dinning & living as home.
In such a 5.3 m x 5.7 m area, I divide it into two mainly regions- ? A ? Area (includes cooking & dinning function at daytime, but sleeping at night) and the ? B ? Area (reading , sitting & working function).

First, ? A ? Area are fully modernized working facilities , such as exhaust hood, gas oven & washing machine etc. are placed in the cooking area as kitchen, then pulling up the folding panel of low cabinet also as dinning table in daytime.
For the ? B ? Area, there are writing, reading and sitting place, when withdrawing the hidden desk ,so that one can enjoy the study & surfer time during cooking.

On the other hand, we designed a concealed-bed as false ceiling at ? A ? Area for sleeping at night time, When shut down the rolling shutter to cover all the kitchen cabinet and pull out all the folding panel beside the low cabinet, so that this area can also serve as a privately bedroom.

Finally, stain-glass is mainly used for the wall and the floor for it is easy to clean and give us a bright feeling. In case we need to do some maintenance on the hidden drainage & pipes, it is easy and simple. The silicont of glass edging can be easily cut off without damaging the wall material.

Setmund Leung Kam Biu is a celebrated and well-known interior designer in the international. His name is become famous and widespread in worldwide that more than 16 countries’ media have been reported his name.

Setmund received numerous awards from different countries, including China, Britain, United States, Germany, Taiwan, South Korea and Russia. His works was displayed permanently at the museum in Germany.
(Note: He may be the first or even the only designer from Hong Kong who gets the awards.)
For example: German Red Dot Design Award (The first designer from Hong Kong who got this award) and S South Korea Incheon International Design Fair Award.
In addition, Setmund gets the awards in consecutive years.
For example: IDA Award for five consecutive years and London International Creative Competition for four consecutive years.

Setmund was also selected as the "Outstanding Artist & Designers of the Century ."

In 2013, Setmund also got the most prestigious award, International Design & Art Achievement Award
Although Setmund does not have the formal academic credentials in design, he works very hard and does innovative work which makes him well known in the world. He was chosen as “2012Hong Kong Spirit Ambassadors” and “2012 Life Warriors ”. He was also nominated as the “ ATV Loving Hearts Campaign 2013”.
Therefore, he is well known as the “Design legend”.
Setmund gets many awards in different field, such as interior design, product, sculpture, furniture, art, concepts and programs, which is diversified.

(a) The first designer in Hong Kong to write special column for 17 years and broke 2 records in Hong Kong.
(b) Setmund designed the “Big Puzzle” in 2012, and around 200 pupils used 568560 small puzzles to make the “Big Puzzle”, which is 147.41 square meter. It broke the Guinness World Records.
