The Media Room was part of the Metropolitan Home/ Showtime Design House.
The main inspiration is Cable TV and therefore, optical fibers, light and movement. The complex construction of the Media walls almost seems to capture the frozen movement of light.
All the structure was developed using 3D technologies, built in a workshop and then assembled on site.
Ten monitors of different sizes and shapes are located on ceiling mounts and can be rotated 360 degrees. Videos developed by Visual Artist Lee Whittier add another sophisticated element to the overall design.
