Entry Description

For NBC/Universal's 2017 Emmy Campaign, we wanted to promote "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" as an award-worthy, category-busting, unconventional comedy, using creative that is trendy, bright, vivid and impactful. Our audience was the entertainment/television consumer, but was more directly targeted towards the Television Academy voting members. Our aim was for this digital takeover to garner votes via eye-catching animation and loud colors, but also to brand the show as a "must-see". We created multiple homepage takeovers, all of which consisted of our Kimmy animation in the 970x250 top unit.
