Entry Description

From the heart of Washington, D.C.'s up-and-coming NoMa neighborhood comes this new 13-story, 438-unit multi-family high rise. The interiors pay homage to the neighborhood's industrial roots, with unique moments found around every corner: exposed steel garage doors, hanging mailboxes, a vintage boiler fire place, and tricked-out lounge amenities. The custom design creates exclusivity in industrial chic, a coveted trait for millennials who prefer city life over the suburbs. 20,000 SF of amenity space also draw the demographic, providing communal workspaces and panoramic views.
