IDA 2024 NOW OPEN -- Early Bird Deadline May 30, 2024
The main premise of this project is the importance of the place, the location of the plot in front of the privileged views over the waterfront on the edge of a cliff. It was necessary that the structure made with prefabricated concrete panels added value to the site.
The idea was to provide those privileged views in a controlled way. As if it were a frame, the holes let us see the changing landscape every hour of the day. The columns which create these frames are made with marés stone, a type of limestone found in Mallorca.
In this way we preserve the harmony and peace of the place.
