Let´s talk about it!

Mental illness is real! You can´t see it! But it is real! And this makes it harder to talk about! We need a communication and therapy tool, to work around this and learn how to talk about it.
Over the world today we have reached epidemic levels of stress, and we have a weird view on success. This creates anxiety and other mental obstacles. People get mentally ill after many different tragedys.

Today 7 billion people living on Earth. 450 million people suffer of mental illness. Every 40 seconds, a person ends their life. Every year, 800,000 people die in suicide. We need to action now!

My name is Jonatan Hedetoft i was born and raised in Malmö.



I have worked with crafts since a young age. Since 2015 i am also a cabinetmaker and soon i will have a BA Degree in Wood Oriented Furniture Design from Academy of Design and Crafts at Steneby.


I mainly work with Mental Health Design! The inspiration in my work i find in many different fields and the connection with people that suffer of Mental Health. What i know there is not a proffession at the moment, where you are a "Mental Health Designer" that give me strength! To break the walls.
