Level is a cooking school that hones a bar, eatery, cafe and lounge, library and study, kitchen and exhibition space, and a rooftop restaurant with garden. Level is a “luxury authentic family kitchen” for learners, designers, professionals, as well as the local community that follows the minimalist principles of the aesthetic kanso. Wabi-sabi, is achieved by use of reclaimed wood floors in an adaptable reuse of the existing historic brick structure from 1912, an open honest space that serves luxury to all as a moral standard in health, mind and the senses.
