The selected base river spans the region from the forest to the city, and from the upper reaches of the river to the middle reaches of the river, different "eco patches" are designed for each stage of the river, and the natural restoration is designed to achieve maximum natural restoration. Rehabilitate the river's hydrology, topography and ecology to increase the level of flood storage and river drainage to reduce the risk of flooding.
