Entry Description

The government was trying to enhance the vitality of the scenic area to the north. Therefore, the architect provided a playful and occupiable landscape to connect the north and south standalone landscaped paths. Also an entertaining multipurpose rooftop space was provided. Considering the cold coastal climate, the architect provided an enclosed outdoor space within the building for various activities. Architect utilized the wood for both structure and enclosure system to make the building has a light and floating presence to respond to the site that was reclaimed from the ocean.
