Entry Description

OX sought to celebrate our company culture and formalize the tenets of our own brand. An “Employee Discovery Kit” brought together swag that would appeal to the quintessential OXer—curious, design-driven, jack-of-all-trade types—and elevate the welcome experience for new hires. Included is a perfect-bound brand book that codified OX’s ethos, approach and values. The book features unconventional formats, activities and surprises that bring a sense of fun and discovery, underscoring the organization’s creative, experience-driven culture and brand.
