This design reinterprets this architectural artifact by giving it a relevant contemporary meaning. It takes this symbol of singularity and initiation and transforms it into a symbol of interaction and plurality. It explores how a door that connects is different from a door that divides. How movement and light renew its power as architectural artifact. How that power is still important and relevant in a new way

Adriana is a registered interior designer in Toronto with pioneering focus on design as a tool for mental health. Founder of Dochia, a Lifestyle design company, her interdisciplinary background and expertise is in neuro-design and dates back to early 2000’s.
