Entry Description

Bringing the legacy of a storied university to life through a forward-thinking design, the Union Club Hotel adds modern context to a historic building on the campus of Purdue University. Reimagined for the first time in four decades by Simeone Deary Design Group, the hotel’s design draws on the school’s history, values, and contributions to society to inform sweeping changes, including an open, soaring lobby; guestrooms which playfully echo elements of student living; and a wealth of design details referencing everything from Purdue’s classic crest to its focus on agriculture and engineering.
