Bajío 307 is a residential complex (82 apartments) in a high-value neighborhood in Mexico City. Its main challenge was an early 20th century house classified by National Institute of Fine Arts located in the lot: all its interior and exterior finishes were restored. It now contains common areas: lobby, bar, gym, business center... In the central courtyard, a water mirror, a green wall and a work by Aldo Chaparro were added. The two volumes of apartments were located on a compositional axis traced from the house. 60% of the lot is free space contributing to the city with plant-filled landscape.
Established in Mexico City in 2020, BRAG Arquitectos was born after seven years of the two partners working in the design and construction of projects.
They stand out mainly for the construction and development of housing. They use regulatory instruments as the main tool and develop creative solutions for the implementation of sustainable mechanisms in each project.
The residential projects they have built also stand out for the development of green areas throughout the complex. They also manage to give a greater value to the property by including and developing common areas.
