Head Up Clock

One of the most fundamental and efficient treatments for relaxing the cervical spine is to look up. The Head-up Clock can be magnetically fixed under a dormitory bed board or in a higher position over a desk as a clock to remind teenagers to look up. People have to look up when they want to know the time, which unwittingly serves as a reminder to relax their cervical spine. The Head-up Clock, meanwhile, features an “alarm clock” function with the option of a flashing light or sound. It also resembles a sticky note, is tiny and compact, and is well-liked by young people.
