MEMAR designed this beautiful 600 sq. m. villa in the UAE, Dubai, La Mer beach. Our design fits perfectly with the clients' execution budget by choosing materials and elements wisely that are functional, affordable, and give an elegant look at the same time. We avoided excess ornamentation to achieve a pure form of elegance.
The design is about simplicity, utility, and elegance; it's all about "less is more "in terms of embracing the most of fewer elements.
