In 1925, László Moholy-Nagy coined the term typophoto, which means the combination of image and text, and demonstrated how it worked effectively as a valid collaborative rendering in visual communication. Almost 100 years later, here we are still referencing it. The exhibition catalog ”transform typophoto” focuses on typophoto and how its meaning has developed into multiple lenses over the years, bringing a new vision and exploring a broader and deeper range when typophoto goes into a new dimensionality.
