Entry Description

Supergloves detect and react to diverse stimuli by combining technology with textiles.

I apply this technology as a designer, but in doing so, hope to echo the prospective applications of e-textiles as such to potential medical field advancements, designs for circularity, disability-aiding textiles, and heightened sensorial experiences.

Made from lambskin leather and fine elastic, Supergloves connect Lilypad Arduino's washable microcontrollers, sensors, and outputs through conductive thread within knitted structures.
