For this 8-bedroom, 23,000 sq. ft. private residence, the clients requested a family compound to function like an all-inclusive resort, remaining true to the island’s natural beauty with a commitment to sustainability. Our firm was challenged to create intimate spaces that could also accommodate large groups. A cohesive flow creates distinct experiences within each space, portraying the infinite unfolding energy of a nautilus. Blurring the lines between the interior and exterior, we curated a neutral, textured backdrop accented by a crisp color palette evoking the surrounding landscape.
