The project is located on Biotech Island in Guangzhou, China. To address the beautiful yet limited riverfront site, our design breaks away from the constraints of traditional park layouts by placing large spaces such as laboratories and conference halls on the podium, forming a landscaped base and creating a rooftop garden along the river. The R&D tower recedes from the river, shaping a harmonious skyline that complements the environment. We combine complex functionality with nature to create abundant public space, establishing a landmark headquarters for the company.
