Entry Description

Centralcon Phase I is a highly-dense mixed-use development in the Futian CBD of Shenzhen. With a total GFA of 414,620 sqm, two 300m office towers, three serviced apartment towers and a 60,000 sqm shopping mall will be allocated within a limited site, which was originally a traditional village in Shenzhen.
The architecture is inspired by the natural beauty of an ecological park nearby, a dynamic retail podium is like water flowing through a cluster of towers. The composition of the towers is strategically put together so that the two 300m high towers form a gateway into the development.
