This residential project stands out for integrating two distinct architectural proposals under a single volume, adhering to the complex's regulations. Conceived as a 1,600 m² space, it houses two independent programs: one for a family and another for the grandmother, connected by a central axis inspired by Louis Kahn's Salk Institute. The internal layout and the materials used, such as travertine and exposed concrete, harmonize with the golf course environment, blending sustainability with timeless design.
