LOLUX CARE + implements the LoLux design model in New York City, blending low-income and luxury housing typologies with a new public common space concept. It integrates a care program focused on homeless LGBTQ+ youth at Farragut Houses in Brooklyn, using urban clustering and building extensions. This approach aims to create a thriving environment through spatial organization centered on career, physical, and community pillars. The building plan mirrors urban clustering, incorporating porosity and granulation to accommodate diverse living situations.
