This project, set between urban and rural zones, creates a buffer to retain rural populations and bridge the city with the countryside. Centered on a "Seed" concept, it combines vertical and traditional farming through adaptable 8m x 8m modular units that expand and adapt to form interconnected courtyards and streets for community interaction. Integrated dye workshops and factories support local crafts and farmer income. Glass farming modules ensure light transmission and multifunctional spaces. Solar tiles replace traditional roofing, underscoring sustainability and aesthetic integrity.
