Located in the Qing Shan Town complex, "Qing Shan Sunshine" boasts a lush environment close to nature. The design team tailored the project to the residents' lifestyle habits. The host, an avid golfer, requested that the basement be transformed into a practice room. The hostess, a housewife, focused on the layout of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry area. Additionally, as both spouses had studied in the United States and were accustomed to the American lifestyle, the project adopted an American style, unfolding a living scene unique to this family.
