This project introduces a vibroacoustic therapy solution, utilizing low-frequency vibrations (3-20 Hz) integrated into wearable gear to alleviate stress. The design prioritizes a professional appearance, routine adaptability, and ergonomic comfort, incorporating soft, flexible vibration panels that fit comfortably within the vest without restricting movement.
