Entry Description

Rockwell Group was tasked with designing Chef Paco Morales’ Qabu, a new restaurant located in Dubai’s business district. The romantic lounge features a back bar with carved plaster niches and a curved ceiling painted ombre. The marble bar has a metallic leather die, and a banquette offers views of an adjacent bakery. The dining room centers on a deconstructed dome with a dark crystal chandelier, complemented by a millwork piece for dishware. Floor-to-ceiling shelves showcase traditional Andalusian pottery, alongside a chef’s table and private dining room.
