Entry Description

Cascade is a 1590 sq.m. boutique villa nestled in the breathtaking Arabian sands of Dubai South. The interior space stands out due to the natural narratives that permeate every zone of basement, ground, first, rooftop floors.

These natural narratives are revealed through a cascade - a waterfall descending over a steep, rocky surface. Water flow creates a stunning undulating texture and shapes the landscape by eroding softer rock layers and carving out gorges. Perspective. Spatial depth. Lines, curvature and smoothness, reflection, radiance and scale define the Cascade villa.
