Starting from the design concept of ‘compound, innovation and live fun’, the project, as a complex innovative industry community, creates adaptable office space for enterprises to meet the needs of different scales, attributes and development stages, including: enterprise display, office, incubation, apartment, scientific research etc. In addition to the modern facade expression, the design also arranged landscape avenue, sky garden corridor, landscape atrium, sporting walkway and waterfront platform, five ecological areas, to meet the daily needs of employees.
