The design invites tourists to gaze at the sea and sky through gaps in the building walls, embodying Zen meditation. From afar, visitors overlook the fjord, facing the Pier across the sea. At night, space evokes "the bright moon at sea, and the ends of the earth at this moment." Along the viewing axis, multi-functional spaces and a seaside theater are arranged, interwoven with natural landscapes to complement each other. The lifted, flexible form guides free exploration, while the thick concrete structure, weathered by the sea, gains character over time.
