Medicine Hat Mall

Stantec implemented a complete redesign to 80,000 sq. ft. of vacant space in this mall. A new branding and signage strategy was introduced on both the exterior and interior. Two new entrances and one new tower were erected and all were to be visibly engaging from the nearby highway. The new, relocated 650-person food court hosts a new 33 foot high ceiling with clerestory windows that offer natural light. Guests can enjoy sunshine all year round, even in this cold northern climate. Clean, contemporary finishes combined with comfortable custom banquette seating creates a lounge-like atmosphere.
