Saint Albert Centre Renovation

Stantec implemented a complete redesign of the 140,000 sq. ft. vacancy. A new branding and signage strategy was introduced on both the exterior and interior based on a modern, organic concept. Three new entrances including two feature pylons were designed with a back-lit relief graphic, visible from afar during the day and night. Interior circulation, corridors and washrooms were upgraded to match the contemporary character of the new exterior. Overall traffic visibility was improved significantly by the addition and redesign of the new entrances, therefore increasing business for the mall.
