Entry Description

Kossmann.dejong created a totally immersive spatial installation on the many faces of the city Frankfurt in the renewed Historical Museum Frankfurt. A giant interactive snow globe shows eight incredible artist’s depictions of a Frankfurt cliché with the help of a robotic ‘guide’, accompanied by a 360˚ film projection. The other two exhibitions, 'Frankfurt Now!' and 'Explore Frankfurt Now!', are designed as participatory spaces for research, reflection and discussion. Eye-catcher is the lively, surprisingly recognizable 75m² city model made from random utensils by artist Herman Helle.
