Entry Description

This new house evokes Floreat’s modernist history in a contemporary and sustainable way. The house is made from robust materials – including board-marked in-situ concrete, concrete blockwork and timber – selected for their appearance, long lifespan and durability; they will age gracefully as it endures.
The interiors feature generous use of timber and highly crafted bespoke lighting, furniture, brass detailing and custom rugs. A holistic landscaping scheme brings living greenery into every space to achieve a truly timeless result.
