This project is a new complex building facing Nomikawa Komazawa tributary green road.The owner's will was to integrate two programmes: The 3F and upper floors would be composed of residential, with the owner's flat and his parents'flat, while the GF/1F of the new building would be occupied by restaurants, and the 2F by an indoor golf facility in order to activate the green street and to closely relate to it.
