Entry Description

The Twistool is a veneer stool draws inspiration from its Scandinavian context and achieves maximum utility with minimum production cost. Aesthetically, with the dynamic twisting design, it presents various forms when looking from different angles. Functionally, the form detail makes the seat ergonomically friendly as well as being easily carried around. Production-wise, the Twistool used vacuum press technique, forming 2D material to 3D object with natural textures and additional strength. It only needs one mould to produce all three legs - significantly reduces the cost of manufacture.
