We’ve our own interpretation for “grand and bling-bling” by tasteful use of luxury materials and refined details that exude grand style for this moderate space of 1,200sqft. Great effort has been made to ensure a fluid yet dramatic visual and sensory experience that flows from solid dark yet grand interior to light yet calm atmosphere when approaching the window areas to enjoy seaview: from foyer to living room, from hallway to bedrooms. The original layout is changed to create an alluring area for en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A striking yet restrained space with luxurious vibe.
