IDA 2024 NOW OPEN -- Early Bird Deadline May 30, 2024
The District School Board of Niagara was formed when the Lincoln County Board of Education and the Niagara South Board of Education were merged in the 1990’s. This was also the last time the Education Centre was updated. The atrium, where parents, staff, and other important guests were welcomed did not reflect the character and culture of the DSBN. The old design featured tile and a mix of real and artificial plants. There was no recognition that the building housed an operation dedicated to the betterment of children. Updates made the space more warm, welcoming, and child friendly.
